A point is a basic geometric figure that has no dimension. That means it doesn't have a width, length or height. We can name a point using a capital letter. As you can see below, we have points A, B, and C. 

The points that lie of the same line are called collinear points. Notice that points A and B are collinear points.

The points that lie on the same plane are called coplanar points. Below, points A, B and C are coplanar points.
