A rhombus is a quadrilateral because it has four sides. All sides of a rhombus are equal in length. The opposite sides are parallel. In fact, it has two pairs of parallel sides. The opposite angles in a rhombus have the same measure.
In addition, the diagonals of a rhombus bisect each other at right angles. That means the diagonals form \(90\) degree angles.
